Miele Convection Steam Ovens
Traditional steamers and pressure cookers generate steam slowly and raise temperature gradually. Miele steam ovens have an external steam generator outside of the oven which increases capacity so several dishes can be cooked together. Steam surrounds the food from all sides, heating it rapidly and sealing it instantly to retain vitamins, color and flavor. Cooking times are less, so energy consumption is kept to a minimum.

Dependent French doors (right door opens simultaneously with the left) allow opening the oven with one hand while placing food inside with the other. Induction Cooktops
Induction uses magnetic fields to transfer energy directly to cookware. The element stays cool while the cookware heats rapidly for efficient cooking. Sensor controls underneath the ceramic surface make the cooktop easy to clean. Induction is also highly responsive, similar to gas cooking. With 90 percent efficiency, induction can result in up to 30 percent savings on energy as well.
